The Ultimate Floating Dispenser is pre-filled with stabilised chlorine tablets which slowly dissolve over a 2 – 5 week period. Ideal for when you are unable to dose your pool on a regular basis or for during holiday periods.
The tablets contained within the dispenser have a high level of chlorine are stabilised to minimise chlorine loss to sunlight in outdoor pools; and contain a clarifier for sparkling clear water.
The 720g version is suitable for swimming pools between 2,500 – 5,000 gallons whilst the 1.5kg product will treat pools between 5,000 and 20,000 gallons.

The Blue Horizons Chlorine or Bromine Neutralizer is a product designed to completely remove chlorine or bromine from a swimming pool. Here are the application instructions for using this product:
Application Instructions:
- Pre-dissolve the Product: Start by pre-dissolving the product in a clean plastic container. The maximum rate is 100 grams of the product per 10 liters (2.2 gallons) of clean, warm water. Stir the mixture well to ensure that the product is fully dissolved.
- Adding to the Pool: Carefully add the resulting solution to the pool while the pump(s) are turned “on.” It’s preferable to add it near the water inlets to aid in even distribution.
- After Shock Treatment: If you are applying the Chlorine or Bromine Neutralizer after a shock treatment, it’s recommended to allow a minimum of 8 hours for the shock chlorination to oxidize swimmer wastes from the water before applying the neutralizer.
- Measure and Calculate: Measure the free chlorine or total bromine level in the water. Then, using the dosing table provided, calculate the total amount of neutralizer required.
- Split Doses: Split the total amount calculated in step 4 into 4 smaller doses. Apply each 1/4 dose, allowing time for thorough circulation. For commercial pools, allow 2-3 hours for circulation, and for domestic pools, allow 6-8 hours for circulation.
- Re-Testing and Further Dosing: After each dose has circulated, re-test the chlorine or bromine level in the water. If necessary, add further doses as required to achieve the desired level of chlorine or bromine removal.
